What if there were a space that provided empathy without judgment?
What if you had someone who helped you feel seen, heard, and understood for a little while?
My name is Brenda Nolan, author of Pain and Awakening: A Personal Experience of Healing Chronic Pain, Depression, and Trauma, Using Conscious Awareness.
I have decades of experience with feeling misunderstood, scared, and sad.
What did I learn?
I was lacking empathy and hope.
Holding Space is a place where you can come in, sit down, and let go of some of the things you can’t talk about in daily life.
Maybe you are battling personal trials, feeling alone, or simply need to acknowledge your physical pain.
This isn’t therapy. This is a place to verbally recognize whatever is difficult in your life. Many of our situations are temporary but still emotionally compressing.
Holding Space is a time and place to decompress. My intention is to help you feel heard and find hope.
Come as you are.
You are welcome here.
